FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Here you will find answers to some of the questions that we have been asked over the years of which might help answer any of yours should you have any. If you cannot find an answer to a question/s that you might have, then please contact us either by telephone or email (Can use the "Contact" page to do so if needed) and we will try to answer them the best we can.

What format do you require the artwork to be in?
Whilst we do have the means to convert most files into a print ready format, we do however prefer the artwork to be in a PDF format.

What size and weight stock can you print on?
We can print any size up to SRA3 (320mm x 450mm), however, we are able to print to various sizes above this using large format printing. The stock we are able to print on is up to 400gsm in weight on digital and up to 540gsm for letterpress, beyond this your looking at fomex boards etc.

What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept payment by cash, cheque, debit/credit card or BACs.

What is your usual turn around for a order?
Our turn around varies depending on the order and what our current work flow is like at the time. However, we always try to meet our customers deadlines and needs. (Some orders have been completed the same day).

Can you create the required artwork for my order if needed?
Yes, we have a in-house design team that will be able to create the artwork you want, how you want it.

What are your opening times?
Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. You can find this information and more on the "Contact Us" page.

Can you help with ideas?
Yes, some clients contact us, not knowing what they need, what is possible or if it's affordable. So after a brief discussion we can establish a print solution that suits their needs. Most clients already have some idea of what they need, and together we are able to develop this concept.

Will I see a proof before you go to print?
Yes! A PDF proof is always emailed or printed off for you to approve before we go to print. This process makes sure that your print work will be produced to how you want it.

Do you offer a delivery service?
Yes, we use an overnight courier service.
We can deliver locally on orders over £50.00.
